The official hotel of the event would be the Fairmont Pierre Marques Hotel.
General Organizers are able to support 30 graduate students from each country (Canada, USA and Mexico), with hotel acommodation (double room, bed & breakfast and taxes) with check-in on wednesday 21st and check out on saturday 24th.The reservations would be arranged by the Organizing Committee for everybody, but just after formal registration and submission of documents (abstract and advisor letter for the work to be presented) in case of grad students. Please follow the instructions in the Registration Form and Abstract Submission section.
For those people attending the event, not being students and not presenting a work, also get registered using the form in the Registration Form and Abstract Submission section, (if necessary, include blank documents in the mandatory fields) in order to be registered in the list for hotel booking. Also, submit your details of participation and particular requests to the Organizing Committee.
Rates are per person, per night.
Single Room, Ocean View: USD $ 124.00
Double Room Ocean View: USD $72.00
Extra person, more than 18 years old, same room: USD $52.00
Rates include buffet breakfast and taxes.

The arriving point is the International Airport of Mexico City (IAMC), then you have two options.
A) Array to fly from the IAMC to the airport of Acapulco.
The time for traveling from Mexico to Acapulco is about 1 hour, but because of
inmigration tramits and so, we estimate you will be at the hotel in Acapulco
about 4 hours later from arrival to Mexico City.
The airlines that fly to Acapulco are Click by Mexicana and Aeromexico.
Please try to make your reservations and buy tickets early on time.
From the airport to the hotel, is about 10 minutes and around USD$ 12.00 using official airport taxis.
B) Travel to Acapulco by bus.
If you choose this option, you have to take a taxi --safe service, do not have to worry-- from the IAMC to "Terminal Sur".
It would take you around 45 minutes.
Then buy a ticket to Acapulco, around 5 hours long.
