There is support for 30 scholarships for each country. Each one includes hotel and buffet breakfast from october 21st to 23th, but remember that you have to pay the Registration Fee.
The members from each country of the International Advisory Committee will select and assign the 30 scholarships mainly on the base of scientific criteria, but also others like balanced distribution of applicants and other academic criteria.
In order to be considered for a grant you have to submit separately a letter from your advisor supporting the work you are going to present, to request explicitly for the grant and the Abstract itself. Please follow the CAM2009 Standars for to build your abstract. Also, you have to specify us how do you prefer to present your work. This will be considered at the moment of building the program, and the selection would be notified to you on time by email.
Keep in mind that the deadine for Abstract submission, Sept. 23rd, and that early registration payment (information below), is Oct. 9th. After this date, the registration fee would be USD 250.
If you want to obtain support by the organizing committee, please attach in the registration form below a letter giving briefly your reasons.
